I love my new American style fridge freezer and it was delivered super fast by two nice blokes who kept me informed about my delivery and who where very polite and helpful

The product that I needed was not in stock. I rang Lifestyle Home Appliances with a question and although I found it hard to understand the gentleman, he didn’t mind repeating himself on several occasions so, I used the ‘let me know when product is back in stock’ tab, and a few days later received an email telling me that it could be ordered, which I did.
Unfortunately, when it was delivered, the front door handle wouldn’t allow the product through, so the delivery men took it around the back, so thank you to them for doing that. I wish however that they would have spoken in English when in the house, as I found it very disconcerting. What a shame that a piece of packaging was left behind, especially as I pre paid for that service, but I assume this was because the delivery men were running late. My comments are in no way complaints, or derogatory just the facts.

The price of the goods was brilliant and Scotty was fantastic at his job. The other staff in the contact centre not so much. If it was just feedback for Scotty and the delivery service it would have been a lot higher but a few bad apples soured the experience

Excellent communication.Easy to order at a good price especially if you joined the “club”. This made delivery and removal /fitting at no cost.The delivery was on time and I was informed of the up to time by the delivery staff.They were excellent at removing the old freezer and bringing in the replacement.All packaging was taken away.I would happily buy from them again especially with the club discount. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
