Yesterday, we had a disaster when the new fridge freezer would not fit up the stairs. I have to say that Lifestyle Home Appliances and their team were professional, courteous and although trying for 3/4 hour had to admit defeat.
I was put on to customer services who were superb. Within 10mts a different make was recommended, and delivery arrange for this morning. It was slightly cheaper and my money was refunded without question.
Onto today, I now have a lovely new appliance installed and ready to be switched on this evening.

I ordered a washer dryer too big to fit the space and without any quibble, they took away the old machine and the one that was too big and I was able to order a smaller one which arrived a few days later and was easily installed with a smile!
