Everything was great apart from, when you give a time slot, please keep to it. You were 25 minutes early from the first time you quoted as from and this created a problem as it was being delivered to my elderly mum’s address and I hadn’t arrived there so the drivers had already started the delivery. This did cause some aggravation and upset.

The TV box was smashed up and had holes in the side, we were a worried the product was damaged.
