Lifestyle Home Appliances themselves were brilliant, my issues were with DPD who delivered the item. I have bought a number of large items from Lifestyle Home Appliances over the years and can’t praise them enough but DPD are another issue altogether. The item didn’t arrive on the given date and then when it was delivered it was left outside my door without anyone knocking. I only knew it had been delivered as I received a notification saying it had. I live in sheltered accommodation and there is a large notice in the communal hallway stating parcels are NOT to be left at people’s front doors as they will be removed. I think Lifestyle Home Appliances need to look at the delivery agent (DPD) and see if they want to change as this is not my first bad experience with DPD.
