I had bought a Dyson big ball multi floor 2. However, it wasn’t realising that I had carpet in my living room (probably because it isn’t very thick). This meant that instead of picking up the cat hair, it was just rolling it up.
I called Lifestyle Home Appliances and spoke to a lovely young lady who helped me return the ‘old’ one and exchange it for a ‘pet’ one. I haven’t tried it yet, but fingers crossed. What impressed me so much is that I spoke to her on Thursday afternoon and she said they could deliver the new one and pick up the other one on Saturday morning (today).
So, in my opinion, their customer service is second to none, and the guy who brought the replacement to my door was sweet and very helpful. I haven’t tried it yet, but I have bought all my large appliances from Lifestyle Home Appliances and their delivery guys have all been amazingly helpful.
