Initial delivery failed due to machine installers saying I needed a new water valve as mine was broken. So they took the machine away and I had to get a plumber in to fit new valve(and he said they could have done it in 5 minutes it was not broken) But this cost me over £200.00 for a plumber, as I am a pensioner it was a big stretch for me on top of the washing machine cost so I am not this time very happy with Lifestyle Home Appliances.
