An excellent experience! I had a text around 6am to share a 4 hour time slot, then a phone call around 8am to let me know a 1.5 hour time slot. The two men came within this time and were very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind. They went over and above by cleaning up excess water that had leaked during the disconnection and didn’t leave until the dishwasher had been tested out.

Ordered a tumble dryer at 16:30 on Sunday, by 14:00 Monday it was in and spinning.
Good communication throughout, especially being able to track the delivery van so I could still take the dog out without fear of missing the slot
