I had a faulty washing machine still under warranty, no fault of anyone’s, these things happen right?
I called last week, the service was great from the get go, I was transferred to Hisense straight away and spoke to their team who quickly looked into the issues and offered me either a refund or a FOC replacement. I took the replacement option and was given a code to give to Lifestyle Home Appliances. When I called on Sunday I spoke with a great team who quickly actioned the delivery and managed to get next day delivery. Washing machine was installed and delivered before 9am Monday morning. Two lovely gentlemen did a fantastic job and were very kind and efficient. I have 2 dogs that aren’t used to visitors. They were understanding and left them each a cuddly toy to enjoy. From start to finish this has been an effortless experience and would recommend this company to ANYONE who was looking to purchase an appliance. Thank you thank you thank you. You really do not realise how much service means until you experience 5* quality like this. You also do not know how much a washing machine means to you until you don’t have one!!
