I had a problem with my original cooker and after a few attempts by Stoves to fix the problem.

My replacement was very easy to arrange.
The delivery and installation of the new cooker was done in a matter of days.

Stumbled upon Lifestyle Home Appliances, they had a great deal on an under the kitchen top washing machine as my old one gave up the ghost on the weekend. I was super happy with their Lifestyle Home Appliances club offer they had, where you get reduced price on the goods, plus delivery and recycling of your old one for free. Worked for me, plus the disconnect connect package was only 35 quid, so a positive surprise there. The delivery guys were caring, gave me plenty of notice about delivery, were understanding of any concerns i had, gave me a chance to clean under the old washing machine space, connected the new one, and did the testing. Super careful with my walls, taking and bringing the goods, which i appreciated. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
