Delivery drivers very professional and helpful which we have found on each delivery. The faulty appliance delivery drivers could not have been more professional and tried to sort the issue out. Sadly they were let down by customer service who after rearranging delivery did nothing.
However, when goods are faulty as was the case with the previous delivery, customer service failed to undertake the instructions she gave me. The delivery was supposed to be booked and refund organised neither of which happened. We received no communication and wasted another day awaiting delivery. We had to make secondary contact and the customer service assistant was excellent and actually organised for redelivery. Sadly we have always used Lifestyle Home Appliances but we are now reconsidering due to this experience. What a shame when your delivery drivers are professional, courteous and caring, that they are let down by basic administration. We would not normally leave a bad review but feel this needs to be identified and dealt with.
