Amazing from ordering to delivering the product shark carpet cleaner with strike cleaner is fabulous this has not let us down the rugs settee & dog bed have all come up sparkling clean shocked how much dirt comes out & how dry it is after wetting it really does suck up the water out of the rugs very very satisfied
