The delivery of the Hand Blender was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday 14th March and unfortunately I was out shopping when the courier tried to deliver. A not was left telling me that parcel would be delivered the following day: and it was indeed on a Sunday at 9.30 am. I am much impressed

My tumble dryer finally gave up after 20 years and there was an excellent choice of products to choose from on the website. The delivery guys were efficient, fast and friendly. I had to call customer service to reschedule a delivery due to an unexpected plumbing issue and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Would highly recommend and will happily use again in the future.
