Excellent communications. E-mail the day before delivery as a reminder, text message from Lifestyle Home Appliances day of delivery with time slot and call from delivery staff saying when the anticipated arriving. Friendly delivery staff worked extremely hard to ensure delivery, even in 2nd floor small flat. Had an issue with what I ordered. Called customer service (UK based) who resolved the matter within 5 minutes (waiting time was short as well). No fuss. Thank-you Lifestyle Home Appliances !

Need a tv fast as working most days and was able to get one bought on sat afternoon and could have had it delivered Sunday but chose the BH and was here and set up in less than 30 mins , very well done on everything thing
