I had difficulty in that having completed the order the Bank Verification was quoting a different total – this happened twice. Also I booked a timed slot and even had an acknowledgement of this but in fact that disappeared and I was told delivery would be much earlier. It seems I wasn’t charged. The actual delivery was good – I had notifications of time and they were very good with the actual delivery.
