The customer service second to none .
TV was delivered as planned next day .All good except the guys were very quick ,no time spared for me realising that it was going to be too big .Its the boxing said delivery guy .Still my concern showed and TBH I should have said there and then to take it back .However ,they were busy and in a hurry so left it,unboxed, on my bed .
I now know it’s FAR too big .
I contacted customer service by phone who were polite and extremely helpful .So patient with me measuring the required space .They are sending me same TV ,but smaller .I know it will now fit thankfully .
Pick up the return and deliver the correct size .Refund made as smaller one slightly less expensive .

I have no idea what I would have done had they not been so understanding and helpful .To be fair I have been a customer for a number of years and my only issue has ever been the delivery guys obviously in a hurry to get to the next job but to be fair they are a good company snd busy busy .No complaint ,I just didn’t manage the measurements well enough 😕
