I was very pleased with my product. The only let down on this occasion was that I paid a extra £7 for next day delivery for arrival on my day off and that didn’t happen so because someone needed to be home to recieve it I had to take time off. So it cost me even more in the long run.

The complete process in searching for and ordering the appliance was easy. On receiving a telephone call from a member of the delivery team I informed the gentleman that the house occupant was an elderly woman currently undergoing oncology treatment. She is frail and sometimes confused. On speaking to the lady after the delivery she informed me that the team was professional, cheerful and understanding. The task was completed quickly with care.
