Excellent communication with a text message and email the night before with a 4-hour window, a phone call in the morning to give me a 1 hour delivery slot and then 10 mins notice before arriving. Polite, very helpful, cheerful, efficient, thorough. Knew what they were scheduled to do, very sensibly checked size and fit of aperture before unloading, did not try to shirk out of anything they were supposed to be doing.
