The ordering part was easy and clear. However the delivery wasn’t good. Goods ordered were to be delivered Tuesday between 11.45 and 15.45. No one came. At 16.45 a phone call to say the van had broken down and they wouldn’t be able to deliver the goods on Tuesday, but would come on Wednesday. Wednesday came but no update had to ring LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk and ask if delivery was coming. The order hadn’t been updated on the system so was told they would look into it. Finally told delivery would be 14.00 – 15.00 that day. They did come and deliver at 2pm. The guys were polite, pleasant and helpful, so not a bad experience, just a hiccup along the way. Would use Lifestyle Home Appliances again.
