Placed order on the Monday, delivered on the Wednesday. Was able to track where my delivery was, how many were in front of me and roughly what time they expected to be with me. Called me to say they were 5 minutes away.
Unconnected washing machine, removed and took it away. Fitted new one. Drivers/engineers were efficient and polite and also answered my questions.
