Ordered a hoover washing machine. It unfortunately arrived with a dent on the front which we didn’t notice until they had unpacked it and left. But i contacted Lifestyle Home Appliances and they organised a replacement to be delivered and swapped forvthe dented one 2 days later. Excellent customer service. V happy
