I only decided to replace my dishwasher yesterday afternoon. I received receipts and invoice when I placed the order. And advised what I needed to, ie make sure the machine they were collecting was not hard wired
Overnight I received an email to advise tracking details.Today I got a call to say when the delivery was and could follow it on the tracker.
The two gentleman who arrived were polite and friendly. They soon had removed my old dishwasher and installed the new one and tested it. Instructions were left on the side for me.
I can’t fault the service.

The washing machine that LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk delivered on 6th January was faulty. Though the manufacturer dithered over arranging a replacement (didn’t record my phone call/ took 5 days to send an engineer to me), I cannot fault the efficiency and speed from LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk in arranging delivery of another working washing machine once the manufacturer gave the okay to replace.
