The customer service agent a couple of days earlier was also very informative and helpful when purchasing the item making the process easy.

I ordered fridge for an old person I keep an eye yesterday hers had broken,she worries about things going wrong , it came today delivered,took old one away unwrapped it all she had to do is switch on 4hrs later great service,”seamless”

After having the A team who unfortunately didn’t do gas and then the B team with the bad back. I lost all hope of ever having my beautiful new cooker
After a week of being very upset, I called Lifestyle Home Appliances and had a chat with a very nice man who then rearranged to have the cooker delivered again. This time I had two men who claimed to be the Z team. They were actually the Triple A team. With no fuss or bother the job was done. I’m now a very happy customer. So if it goes a bit wrong, just try, try again. 👍😊
