It was easy enough to order the fridge freezer I wanted from Lifestyle Home Appliances and I did it over the phone. Of course they tried to sell me insurance even though it already guaranteed for 5 years. I was disappointed to have paid the fee for joining Lifestyle Home Appliances and then to be told that I had to dispose of the packaging myself or pay £15 for them to do it and £20 for them to plug in the freezer. These prices should be taken away after paying almost £50 to join
