Delivery was on time and the drivers took the tv to exactly where I needed it (upstairs).

Updates on delivery at appropriate intervals so you could plan round the delivery. Phone calls from the driver to advise what time was estimated and then 10-15 minutes before delivery. Extremely pleasant chaps and most helpful.
