Ordered a new TV 2 days ago, opted to pick a Saturday for delivery so I knew I’d be in. Hassle free purchase. Text at 7am this morning to provide me with a delivery window which I could track as well. Phone call from the delivery team 5 minutes before arrival. Again, no fuss, polite and efficient. No complaints from me at the moment!
