Outstanding customer service. I had a delivery arriving and I realised I had ordered the wrong appliance (8kg instead of 10kg dryer) entirely my fault as I was rushing. I called and the lovely lady cancelled everything notified the driver and made a note of the correct machine. I called back once the driver had failed the delivery and another lovely lady put the new order straight though ready for delivery the next day. Honestly absolutely amazing customer service, its been a long time since I have experienced such helpful people. Highly recommend
