From start to finish everything went well, the phone call before delivery was helpful as I could explain about my daughter’s address being first floor. The delivery team were so efficient and very polite. It was good seeing where my order was on my phone, so that when it arrived i could go down and show them where to go. I only ordered late last night and my washing machine came first thing this morning!! …and I got free delivery as it wasn’t due to arrive for two more days.
Last time I ordered a fridge freezer and again my order came the following day..and it was a Sunday!
Unbelievable service.
I don’t use any other company now when I want any electrical goods.
