First machine never worked on delivery and needed a BEKO engineer to confirm faulty. However, once diagnosed Lifestyle Home Appliances sorted a replacement for the next day. Moral of the story – when things go wrong (and they do sometimes) it’s how you deal with the problem that makes the difference – great customer service!. Also used the EXTRA10 discount code for an extra saving.
