I had a delivery of a dishwasher on 28/04/2026 but the delivery guys couldn’t install it as they couldn’t get my washing machine out to get to the socket. They had to take it away & I spoke to the guy they were talking to & he said to phone & arrange another delivery. The one guy that was here made me feel very upset . Maybe it was just his manner but I live alone & suffer from a few medical conditions & anxiety. I lost my husband nearly 2 years ago & all these things were his job. However I phoned on 30/04/2026 to rearrange delivery & the lady i spoke to couldn’t have been more pleasant & helpful. I received the delivery on 03/05/2026. The 2 guys were so helpful & nothing was any bother & my dishwasher was installed without any problems. The delivery was on time & I received an email & 2 phone calls to let me how long they would be until they arrived.

I received a phonecall when they were half an hour away, when i said i was also around half an hour away but was on my way home they said thats fine. I got there just as they were popping my delivery at the doorstep.

Fantastic delivery service – keep you informed all the time. Driver phoned to check and I’d forgotten to tick the unpack box so he was able to fix that. Love the fact you can track the delivery in real time. Takes all the worry out of delivery days
