It’s difficult these days to get great customer service .But this I did I now have a new 43 in Hisense TV So easy to install .Great picture and clear sound .All in all a very happy bunny and great to speak on the phone with an actual person to sort out my exchange as I ordered too large initially .Sorted without issue and all in two days .
