I ordered a washing machine on a Friday requesting a Saturday delivery which was available. On Saturday morning the delivery team contacted me and gave me a delivery slot of between 11.45 and 13.45 depending on traffic. The machine was delivered at 13.45 and positioned into the requested room by the friendly and courteous team.
