The people who delivered my things went the extra mile to get them to fit. The two items only just had enough room to go in under my counter and they made it happen when they could reasonably have given up at least twice. They were also polite and clear, as was the person I spoke to when I had a query before delivery.
I found the AI online chat unhelpful and frustrating, but the real people were great!
