It was only when our first integrated fridge/freezer arrived that it turned out to be the wrong type of mounting-the delivery/fitment team explained how we could have identified it and where to find it on the website – it was not immediately clear when we were looking for our purchase.
Thankfully, they were able to quickly reschedule with one that would fit and delivered and fitted it with no problems.
It was a nice touch that they gifted us with Lifestyle Home Appliances teddy bears for our little ones and we appreciated how quickly and efficiently it was all dealt with.
