Excellent service from start to finish. Delivered within 48 of ordering. Driver kept us up to date with delivery timing and even called when 30 mins away. As requested, bought the washing machine in from round the back and installed perfectly. Even took the old ma jone and packaging away. Very professional and respectful. Sam was thorough at explaining how to go about set up and what to do if there was an issue and both were super efficient in getting the old appliance out and the new one in. I’ve use Lifestyle Home Appliances many times now and they’ve been great everytime.
This time was to manage the return of a faulty dishwasher I’d had only 8months – faffed about with manufacturer under warranty and they couldn’t fix it in the end- called Lifestyle Home Appliances on Friday afternoon with the return code and they arranged collection and drop off of my new DW this morning before 8am. This has to be the best company we have had the pleasure to deal with, the three guys who delivered and fitted our washing machine were so friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. They also cleaned all the area where they removed old machine before fitting new one and cleaned up on completion.
