Found product quickly on the internet, description very clear, very easy to use, had follow up email checking delivery was still ok, phone calls on the day from driver stating time of delivery and also called later to say they had hit traffic so a little delayed but only talking 15 mins, delivery guys were very polite and chatty, unwrapped the dryer outside my front door and moved into place, removed rest of packaging inside and out, took loads of photos to prove there was no damage
