Although the call took over an hour, my issue was resolved and a new appliance sent out the next day. I had a call back from the representative, to carry over my Lifestyle Home Appliances care, who was warm friendly and very efficient. Overall, I am happy with the service I received.

At first I couldn’t give more than 2 stars as when the men had gone I noticed black marks on my carpet and I had to scrub it clean.
I have subsequently received a call from Lifestyle Home Appliances and they have very kindly offered me a refund on the free delivery . A very good outcome, thank you Lifestyle Home Appliances. I will happily increase my star rating to 5 now.
