Great pair of lads delivered my new washing machine, knew excatly what they were doing. One was Kieran and for the life of me, I cant remember the name of the other, probably cause he was doing all the work. I was asked to speak to the Customer Service Manager, John, he’ll know they are both are. The guy working had difficulty pulling a power plug through the hole in my fitted kitchen, so he resolved the problem by going above and beyond, and expanded the hole with a drill, which isnt normally what they do, so John wanted to check I was ok with that, which obviously needed doing or the machine wouldve been marked as a rejection and taken back, which I didnt want, so obvously happy. Give em both a bonus…Neil
