From ordering online to delivery the whole experience has been extremely good. The website is very easy to navigate. Updates continually keep you in the loop as to how the order is processing. A phone call the night before the delivery checks that everything is as its wanted. A phone call from the delivery driver on the day of delivery gives an update as to when to expect the order is complete. The delivery drivers were excellent on an extremely hot day. They gave all the information needed and were organised and very helpful. I would give Lifestyle Home Appliances a rating of excellent, and would definitely recommend and use them again.

There was a lot of notifications about when my item would arrive, a couple of days in advance, the day before, an email with a time slot on the day of delivery and then even a phone call to say they were 15 minutes away. That was all very good.
The two lads who delivered the item were pleasant, careful and helpful. Well done!
Let’s just hope the item works, we have not turned it on yet!
