After speaking with Ben today, I’ve completely changed my mind about my experience.
Although things didn’t go well on the original day of delivery and it was incredibly frustrating at the time, I really appreciate the way the situation was handled afterwards. Ben took the time to call me personally, listen to my concerns, and explain what had happened. That level of customer service genuinely made a difference.
Thank you again to Ben for taking the time to resolve this … it’s restored my confidence and left me feeling much more positive about the company.
