The delivery men phoned me and gave me a time slot for my delivery first thing in the morning when they delivered the goods they took the old one away unboxed the new one no mess was left and they where very polite I’m really pleased with my new purchase

Delivery was fine. The appliance is good. Plenty of storage space.
However, I had great problems connecting the appliance to WiFi. Lifestyle Home Appliances were very efficient and rang me about it straight away. They got a Samsung technician on the call with us. The Lifestyle Home Appliances person was superb and stayed on the call with me even through an escalation to a second Samsung technician who at one stage even said “I’m not familiar with that model” ??? What??? After 1 hour 40 minutes the Lifestyle Home Appliances person supported my request for a Samsung engineer visit.
The following day the Samsung person rang me to say the issue was that the appliance was not compatible with our new WiFi smart hub. There was a complex workaround which I would never have found (and, seemingly neither Samsung technician knew about the day before).
Altogether I would say my experience with Lifestyle Home Appliances has been superb. I would not, however, be inclined to buy a Samsung appliance ever again.
