Very Reliable was let down twice ordering the same model of cooker off another retailer. On the day of delivery i was kept well informed by the driver and was provided a tracking link so I didn’t have to wait about all day. The only fault I would say is that I wasn’t informed of the 4 hr time slot the night before as advised when ordering.
