Easy to use – delivery was well signposted, swift and efficient. The product (we are now 8 hours post installation) seems to be doing what it should but the needy feedback has already appeared. So, it does what it should do, it suits our kitchen (of course it does, we bought it!) and is gently humming away. Hallelujah!
