Ordering was easy. I booked a delivery slot and paid. I had numerous emails explaining the delivery process and order updates.
The day of delivery I received and email and text saying my order will be delivered in the morning. I then received a call from the driver saying he would be there within half an hour.
He opened the box to make sure the washing machine was ok before he left.
When I ordered my new washing machine I was initially put off by the delivery charge but I can honestly say it was well worth.
