Quick and efficient delivery of fridge freezer, delivery drivers where friendly and helpful, they were not able to take the recycling of old fridge freezer as they lacked room but called the office to have collected next day. Office called me five minutes later to arrange next day collection, unfortunately next day the new drivers did not collect and placed the collection as failed, called office where the gentleman arranged collection for the day after next and then good where collected. Overall good experience and goods working great.

Excellent service minimising the stress of needing replacement appliances – my very old fridge broke over the weekend, so was very relieved to have a replacement delivered and installed the next day, including switching the hinges, which was more complicated than I’d have managed to do. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guys doing the delivery and installation. Much appreciated along with the updates on delivery the eveningbefore and tracking on the day, with a phone call half an hour before as well.
