I received an email to say what time the delivery would be. I received a phone call to check I’d received the email (and to try to sell me insurance!). The delivery was within the time slot. The guys efficiently took away the old machine, unpacked the new machine and delivered it to the correct room. They took away all the packaging. It was all done within 10 minutes. Great!
