You offered a service, fitting of a cooker charged a premium and sent clown’s to do it they never fitted the cooker used a pathetic excuse the gas was unsafe. after British Gas had serviced it six days before British gas also came back and serviced it again the following day after your people said it was unsafe they left an 87-year-old man no heating no hot water all they did was just cap the gas which is understandable if it was faulty but there was no reason to have left him without any hot water or heating as my 87-year-old father said he looked like delivery, men not gas engineers. and yes, you have refunded the payment which we thank you for but in future, please send somebody more responsibl
