The guys that did the delivery were great from start to finish. Kept me informed and were quick and efficient when they were here. Only tiny gripe is they left my gate open and I have dogs so that wasn’t great.

I always use A.O for my white goods they are good quality at a great price. Every step from start to finish is extremely easy, always being informed and updated throughout the whole proceedings. With options to recycle old units, and packaging from the new delivery. The delivery drivers are always polite, helpful and respectful and always contact you with an ETA for the delivery. A.O for me are the best company out there and have never had an issue and will continue to use them in the future.

Initially had a vehicle breakdown. Delayed by a day but both customer service and the driver kept in touch to ensure we knew exactly what time. The driver rang first thing on the delivery day to specify the delivery time and delivered in that time. Excellent service and very helpful. Once delivered they couldn’t of helped enough. Moved it to exactly where we wanted it with no issues at all

The people on the phone where very understanding and helpfull,i had cocked up my order on the internet so had to phone,The people i spoke to where great and sorted my order out.The hob was delivered 3 days later and fitted.very pleased.
