Bloody marvelous.
Amazingly good customer service. My 85 year old mums (newish) machine broke, Samsung said it’d be 9 days before they’d come and look. The operator (A.O) stepped in and mum had a new Smeg machine installed the next day. No arguing, no fuss just great service…they even answer the phone and don’t say ‘due to unforeseen circumstance wait times will be longer…etc!
