Following a bad experience from another source where delivery drivers refused to take my original purchse up a wide flight of steps – I ordered my fridge freezer and hour later from Lifestyle Home Appliances – it was delivered the next morning (less than 24 hours later) and I had my purchase – no quibbling about taking up steps – and boom, there it was, in my kitchen – amazing service – and they made swift arrangements to take away my old one – I would seriously recommend Lifestyle Home Appliances – they were amazing and friendly 😀

Initially item ordered was incorrect. Delivery crew & customer services resolved confusion and a different, more appropriate item was ordered up and delivered in time for a booked fitting date.
The only issue was not managing to speak to the same person in customer services. She rang me back while I stepped out of the room; again while I was the phone with a different agent; third time while I was speaking with a 3rd agent having booted up the laptop, identified a more suitable product znd placing order. Repeatedly having to explain the situation .
