Updates on delivery received exactly as promised. Arrived on time. Very nice helpful driver, removed all packaging and put new microwave on position. All packaging and old microwave taken away. Excellent service.

The shop is excellent. Lots of detail on the item listings, quick checkout and overall I’m happy with the purchase. My problem is with the delivery. I paid extra for a certain time slot, only to recieve an email about an hour before the end of that time to say delivery was delayed by nearly 3 hours after my paid-for slot. Not LifestyleHomeAppliances.co.uk’s fault, but if their partners can’t fulfil requests as promised, maybe they need to reconsider which courier they use (DPD).

Everything was great except the booking to have my the tumble dryer disconnected and reconnected. I had to read after ordering, that hardwiring disconnection and connecting was not done. This meant that you would be charging £30 for to put the plug out from the mains socket to disconnect the old dryer and push the plug in for the new dryer
